3 days Nyungwe forest safari transfers you to Nyungwe forest national park situated in the south western part of Rwanda. This park is commonly known for the chimpanzee tracking, Congo Nile trail walk and the great canopy walk activities.
While in this park, you have lots of chances to spotting the many primates like vervet monkeys, olive baboons, l'hoest monkeys, grey cheeked mangabeys, red tailed monkeys and plant species like the common Igishigishi.

Depart from Kigali or near towns and head to Nyungwe forest National Park. Visit Kings palace in Nyanza, lunch in Huye and continue to the park.
Have an early morning breakfast and head for a morning chimp trek in the Nyungwe forest. Return later for lunch, relaxation and have an evening community and coffee/tea plantation tour. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Depending on your flight times for this day, we drive along the Lake Kivu shores with beautiful views of Congo via Kibuye on to Gitarama and finally Kigali with lunch en-route.
