Programme for the 6 Days Queen Elizabeth and Murchison falls tour

Day 1 - Drive to Ziwa Rhino Santuary, later to Murchison Falls national park

Your Driver guide will be ready for pick up at your Hotel or preferred pick up point at 7:30 am to start your 6 Days Queen Elizabeth and Murchison falls wildlife safari. You will driver north of Uganda with Rhino tracking at the Ziwa Rhino Santuary for a 2 - 3 hours tracking, check out and have lunch at the Kabalega Dinners restruarant on the Kampala - Gulu Highway. Check out and drive via Masindi town, then check into the Murchison falls national park and cross the River Nile with a ferry and check into your chosen lodge. We may have an optional evening Game drive.

Accommodation: Paraa Safari Lodge.

Day 2 - Game drive in Murchison Falls and afternoon boat ride with a Hike to the Top of the falls.

Be up by 6:00 am, pick a cup of an African Coffee or tea, meet with your driver for your morning 4 hours game drive to spot a number of wildlife. We expect to spot among others, Lions, Buffaloes, Hippos, Elephants, Giraffes and many more. Get back to your lodge for refreshing and luch as you await your 2'Oclock Boat ride and Hike.

Get off at the great view point and hike to the top of the falls where you will meet with the driver and drive round to the Budongo Forest for a night.

Day 3 - Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Be up by 6:00 am again, have breakfast at around 6:30 am and check out of the murchison falls national park at exactly 7:00 am. Drive via Masindi, Hoima and Kyenjojo towns to Fort Portal town for Lunch at 1:00 pm, continue for 3 hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Kasese town and check into Mweya Safari Lodge

Day 4 - Morning Game drive and Boat ride on the Kazinga Channel.

Morning coffee, continue for a game drive, expect antelopes like Uganda Kobs, elephants, lions and again an afternoon boat ride on the Kazinga channel for yet another chance of seeing more game like crocodiles, hippos and lots of birds.

Overnight at the Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 5 - Full day in Ishasha for the tree climbing lions.

With an early morning breakfast overlooking the Kazinga channel, drive to Ishasha the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park for yet a great chance of seeing the tree climbing lions.

Return later in the evening for an overnight at the Mweya Safari Lodge.

Day 6 - Travel back to Kampala.

Have your coffee at the lodge, travel back to Kampala - lunch enroute, stop over at the equator and drive back to the Airport.
