4 Days Gorillas and Chimpanzee tracking safari or primates tour package in Uganda takes you the Primate and Chimpanzee capital of the world in Kibale forest National Park, and the world heritage site of the gentle giants in Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park. Both these parks are located in western part of Uganda. This 4 day safari package is designed for those people with less time but want to cover the best out of their holiday time in Uganda without enduring the long drive to Bwindi.

We kick start off this safari package with a 3-4hr drive from Kampala to Kibale forest, instead of enduring the 10hr drive to Bwindi forest. We slowly by slowly get used to the Ugandan terrain driving through the country. We may do a 2pm chimp trek on the first day, or a morning one before driving to bwindi forest through Queen Elizabeth National Park. Remember this drive through the park will give you great sightings via ishasha like the Buffaloes, many antelopes like the topis, jackson's heart beasts, tree lions and many more.

Day 1 - Travel to Kibale National Park.
Depending on your arrival times in Uganda,or hotel location. Our driver guide shall meet with you and head west of Kampala via the Kampala-Mubende-fortportal high way. lots of goodies to see of the country. Beautiful views of the Rwenzori mountain ranges,local farm lands,kids by the road side and for the bird lovers,lots of them along as you stop by.
An early lunch in the fortportal town, head to Kibale park through the forest. The road is well tarmaced till the park head quarters. Check into your preffered lodge.

Day 2 - Travel to Bwindi forest National Park.
May be we are doing a morning chimp trek. This starts immediately after our breakfast ending till about noon. We then drive to Bwindi forest via ishasha section. Cameras must be set to capture those quick moments through the forest of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Check in early enough to prepare for the gorilla trek in the morning.

Day 3 - Gorilla tracking and travel to Lake Bunyonyi.
The d-day is finally here and we are up from bed by 7am to get ready for our breakfast,pick our packed lunch from the lodge and head for the morning gorilla briefing.
The tracking will start atleat by 8:30am.head into the forest to search for the gentle giants. Find them,spend an hr with them and get back to the park head quarters for a graduation and certificate awarding ceremony. Jump in your vehicle and head to your next lodge.
We are now driving to lake bunyonyi for a night.

Day 4 - Morning canoeing and travel back to Kampala / Entebbe Airport.
An early breakfast,canoe ride on the lake and check out driving back to Kampala. Great sightings along as we drive lake mburo like the Uganda kobs, zebras.
Equator stopover and back to Kampala for a drop off or Airport for your onward journey.
